Delete your WorthAI account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open WorthAI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile, then Settings.
3. Expand Privacy & data.
4. Select Delete account and confirm the request.

Request deletion without the app

Email contact@varmeli.com from the email address connected to your WorthAI account. Use the subject WorthAI account deletion request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

Deletion removes or de-identifies eligible WorthAI account information and associated cloud data, including authentication records, profile information, scan-usage records, synced item data, feedback linked to the account, and connected-marketplace credentials and identifiers.

Items and photos stored only on your device can be removed in WorthAI or by uninstalling the app after the cloud deletion request has completed.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Backups expire under provider backup schedules. Data that has been irreversibly de-identified may no longer be associated with your account.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your WorthAI account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
